Description
Meadow Residential submitted a planning application in November 2016 for the development of 316 build-to-rent units. The scheme will sit conveniently close to Corssharbour DLR station providing quick access to the City and Canary Wharf. The proposals will include:
- Two new landmark buildings framing Pepper Street, which will provide high-quality design and amenity space
- 35% affordable provision in line with London Borough Tower Hamlets planning policy
- A new nursery and retail space, providing facilities, leisure and employment for local residents
- Significant public realm improvements including green space, play area and improved pedestrian routes
