Meadow gained planning approval for the development of 319 build-to-rent units in the heart of the docklands. The scheme will sit conveniently close to Corssharbour DLR station providing quick access to the City and Canary Wharf. The proposal will include:

  • Two new landmark buildings framing Pepper Street, which will provide high-quality design and amenity space
  • A new nursery and retail space, providing facilities, leisure and employment for local residents
